Owned and operated by Tim Batty, a passionate tennis and squash player who has been involved as a coach, player, sponsor, and retailer for over 40 years, we aim to provide quality products at competitive prices, supported by professional knowledge.   

 

Restringing Service

Surf Coast Racquets has established itself as the premier restringing service in Geelong and surrounding regions. Utilising the Wilson Baiardo, one of the top stringing machines in the World, we are able to provide a professional stringing service with fast turnaround times. Tim has strung at the Australian Open (both tennis and squash), as well as other tournaments and has in depth knowledge on strings and tensions to help support your game.

 

We use top quality strings from Babolat, Head, Wilson, Yonex, Klip, Luxilon and Volkl but will also restring using your own string.  We keep a database of all restrings undertaken so we can work with you if you need to tweak your string options or if you just want to try something different.

 

Demo Racquets

We also offer a FREE demo program on all adult tennis racquets and squash racquets with a wide variety of brands and latest models to choose from.  Yep – free!!!  Players can take 2-3 racquets away to test for up to 2 days so you can make an informed decision before you buy.
